Our promise: if we do not deliver your document, you get a full refund. No hassle.

We want you to feel safe buying from us. This Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Full refund if we don't deliver

If we fail to deliver your document within a reasonable time after you have paid and submitted the required information, you are entitled to a full refund. Just contact us.

2. Before your document is prepared

If you change your mind before we have prepared and sent your personalized document, contact us and we will refund you in full.

3. After delivery

Because each document is personalized to you and delivered digitally, it cannot be "returned" once sent. However, if your delivered document contains a factual or formatting error caused by us, we will correct it free of charge, or issue a refund if we cannot. We review reasonable refund requests in good faith.
