Information you provide for your document — such as your name, address, move-out date, deposit amount, and details about your landlord. We need this to prepare your letter.
Contact information — the email address we send your document to.
Payment information — handled entirely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Basic technical data — standard website logs (such as browser type and pages visited) used to keep the site working and secure.

2. How we use your information

To prepare and deliver your personalized document.
To respond to your questions and support requests.
To process payments and refunds (via Paddle.com).
To maintain, secure, and improve the Service, and to comply with the law.

3. We do not sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service (for example, our payment processor and email provider), and only as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.
